Juristischen Fachkonferenz „Der sogenannte Anti-Terror-Kampf am Beispiel der Kurden — Praxis im europäischen Rechtsraum“, durchgeführt vom Verein für Demokratie und Internationales Recht (MAF-DAD), dem Rechtshilfefonds AZADÎ, der Internationalen Liga für Menschenrechte (ILMR) und der Europäischen Vereinigung von Juristinnen und Juristen für Demokratie und Menschenrechte in der Welt (ELDH), sind Anwält:innen und Jurist:innen aus verschiedenen Ländern und Jurist:innenorganisationen.
Wir beobachten mit tiefer Besorgnis das Verfahren gegen 151 Angeklagte vor der 6. Strafkammer in Diyarbakır.

Dear Minister of Justice Sadullah Ergin,
we, the participants of the 2nd Juridical Expert Conference “The so-called anti-terror struggle using the example of Kurds — practice in the European legal sphere”, conducted by the Association for Democracy and International Law (MAF-DAD), the legal help fund AZADÎ, the International League for Human Rights (ILMR) and the European Association of Lawyers for Democracy and World Human Rights (ELDH), are lawyers and jurists from different countries and jurists' organisations.
We observe with deep concern the trial against 151 defendants at the 6th Assize Court in Diyarbakır.
