Europäische Juristinnen und Juristen fordern: Streichung der PKK von der EU-Terrorliste.
Seit 2002 wird die Arbeiterpartei Kurdistans (PKK) auf Wunsch der türkischen Regierung in der vom Rat der Europäischen Union regelmäßig aktualisierten Terrorliste geführt. Als wesentliche Begründung wurden Gewalttaten der PKK in der Türkei und im Ausland genannt.

Since 2002 the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) has been listed, at the request of the Turkish government, on the terrorist list regularly updated by the Council of the European Union. The principal justification given was acts of violence committed by the PKK in Turkey and abroad.
